I invested all cash i had in Nov and December last year which was saved for down payment. The returns i got now is giving me confidence to buy home all in cash...

I get the confidence. Just curious, since the money is invested and not cash in hand, since it is so volatile in the market now, what if it goes down by the time you want to buy? 

Just asking because, If I wanted to have cash for the down payment on the home, I just liquidate and sit on it, ready to buy.

if you are making good returns in few months and if you think you have confidence in doing it longterm...whats the point in paying all in cash for home...

Volatility, Risk, Rewards oka package laga untae epudaina.. I took calculated risk and follow strict margin policies with no emotions.. I know when to pull the trigger.. 

I am sharing my opinions in my own thread.. you are welcome to judge but I have a strategy and I will win for sure.

I still don't get the answer kaka. Are you saying you know when to liquidate your investment?
