Housing market is definitely down in south and california.

It is down everywhere. 500K+ houses with unfinished basements are sitting longer

Bay area market picked up a lot since February. Interest rates going up to 8-9% may not happen. Even if it goes, prices in bay area may not go down a lot. Everyone is with same mindset. Interest rates perigina 1-2 years lo malli 4% ki vasthayi. Not so worried.

This is where we fall in trap

Builder's lender gives incentives ani  andharu vadi deggariki potharu

guess what,  contract will be written in favour of builder, every clause there from builder's lender will be written so that builder has full freedom to do when ever they want..

a lender edho 5-10k closing ki pedthadu ani potharu gani...no body thinks about it.
