Minneapolis lo illu rent ki ichi..

nuvvu Dallas lo rent tesko...

then slowly sell home in MN and buy in dallas

+1

rent ki ichi move, hire a realtor to manage that property so that you can save your energy and focus on new born

rent in Dallas for one year, take a decent single family home, settle down in new job and complete the move, house purchase ki you will have ample time like 12 months in this case to think about when to sell or what to buy in Dallas etc
