I don’t know what’s the big deal about not wearing underwear. As long as the private parts are covered. There is nothing new in that outfit than what she would be showing if she was in a bikini. Genuine doubt!!

Several years ago, I noticed a small lump on one of my balls, so I got worried as I had all the shitty habits like a pack a day, 3-4 joints a day, booze etc. so when I went to a doctor , he examined and explained it’s normal to have that small lump underneath the balls. But he suggested to not overdo the usage of underwear and explained it’s not healthy practice to stay in them 24/7. I only wear when I got outside (adi kuda to avoid scenarios like dik raising or if I were to run) at home I don’t wear and it’s been almost 10 years now. Veskokapothe saagipothay is a myth. In fact I feel this practice only improved my libido but again that could just be a placebo effect
