Project manager. they need to make quick compromises, priotization etc. It is far more valuable. Market will soon recogznie it .

PM field has its own shortcomings. Agile vacchakaaa....Typical PM role is not the same. Most scrum teams are self-managed.

Unless a Program manager or project manager intervens and sets priorities, challenges them on why and what their development is.

Technical knowledge leni thella PM gallakiii stars supistharuuu manollu....Since they dont understand what the work really entails. Its good to have some level of coding experience even if you are a full time PM. Direct PM ayithe adukuntaruuuu janaluuuu

Ofcourse i meant a skiled PM not some guy who is there due to some other reasons.

Last 10 years devs got overvalues because ther was a learning curve. Now tech oriented PM will be valued a lot more.

Engineering managers - I agree. Project managers are just paper pushers. They are more like glorified secretaries that takes notes and send emails.

you will realize when you see a good one. The value they bring is tremendous. They can save weeks worth of wasted effort by de-priotizing some junk or talking to clients to change the requirements and give them some options.
