Kids ADHD medication

hi friends,

Do you know any kid suffering with ADHD symptoms?What are the medications you tried to fix it? My sister's 7 year old son is having the issue and medicines (stimulants and non stimulants) seem to be causing side effects more than actual improvement

TS  ikkada doctors koncham ekkuva info istharu dont worry time will heal these kind of problems parents should takecare more than doctor i think they will give some medications though

Not sure about medication but was he properly diagnosed?

external evaluation apart from school cheyinchandi, it might be expensive but it’s worth because we don’t want kids to take medication which they don’t need. India nundi kuda evaluation cheyinchochu to verify if he really has ADHD.

School conducted tests for my kid and they classified for behavioral issues.support ichaaru which helped a lot.

schools ki funding osthundi if they can classify few kids with special needs. So we cannot relay on their diagnosis.

Not sure about medication 

 it’s just phase of life and kid will be fine in few years. ADHD is very common and there are many highly educated people who had it.

Define your sisters ADHD symptoms ? Just to understand how severe it is. My kid is also diagnosed with ADD/ADHD at young age (4 years). But our child physiologist suggested medication as an option but not necessary. We did not opt for medication.

So we over the years we surely saw our child improving a lot in focus time and other areas where child was falling behind. just trying to understand why medication is your option or consideration.

What are the symptoms? Where was he diagnosed? Is it Autism or ADHD? Most of the symptoms can be cured by following certain a diets (GFCF diet).. avoid sugars and dairy.. 

Most neurologists prescribe medication.. but it is not required in all cases and the behaviors can be either controlled or managed by using positive reinforcement..

If the teachers sense kid is dull or different from other kids, they will refer for testing. Psychologist, behavioral therapist and Inka aa field lo expertise unna vaalani pilipinchi oka plan thayaru chesi will ask the parents to come for a meeting to take consent.

They will talk to the kid very friendly, even bribe with nice goodies or candy. Speech, cognitive skills, behavior, eye contact (very important) in different ways test chesthaaru. depending on age they ask to draw or write, tell them a story and ask them what is the conclusion.

Play ground lo observe chesthaaru, small details like lunch lo emi thintunaro kuda chusthaaru.
