Did he make money out of it? Yes atleast 10000 to 15000 crores.. what does he do with this money? 50% for election expenditure and will be given to voters. 20% for MLAs and MPs, 20% for party expansion in other states, 10% for his family.. this is how most national parties operate too.. it’s how YSR and babu did it too.. 

Now is kaleshwaram worth? If india was a country like US, UK or Japan, I would say no. India is agriculture driven country, the way TG is located, there is no way we can construct projects with out life irrigation projects. E YouTube channels vallalo okadyna irrigation engineer unnada ? To propose an alternative?
