Rate Limit will only be a hindrance to twitter's growth in a free online world as it would affect its traffic. Some other social media platform would emerge and could crush it. It's just a matter of time.

There won't be any profit until Musk breaks even from his investment of 44B and anything after that is profit (excluding operating costs, taxes, payroll...). He could say it is breaking even now but what about his investment? that's a big elephant in the room we cannot miss.

All social networks have marketing platforms built-in to make ad revenue.

reddit's partisan bias in mind boggling & their ever increasing censoring over the last 3 years made it the most unattractive place to be for independent, politically unaffiliated people. 

Having said that, reddit has still has some interesting sub reddits whhich are worth visiting every once in a while just to keep up with the trends. Other than that, politically, it's a left-wing rabbit hole.

Reddit heavily censored & entertains only one point of view that the founders agree with.
