is that the only sub reddit on entire reddit?!

Reddit heavily censored & entertains only one point of view that the founders agree with.

they've either deleted or restricted some of their most famous piracy sub reddits.

all we are preaching about free speech when elon taking over twitter... (for his chillara blue tick subscription..)

=================================

Reddit has played a significant role in the fight for net neutrality and free speech. In 2014, Reddit users organized a "day of action" to protest the Federal Communications Commission's (FCC) proposal to repeal net neutrality rules. The day of action included a blackout of the Reddit homepage, as well as a call for users to contact their elected officials and express their support for net neutrality.

In 2017, the FCC voted to repeal net neutrality rules. Reddit users responded by launching a number of campaigns to raise awareness of the issue and to pressure the FCC to reconsider its decision. These campaigns included a petition that gathered over 1 million signatures, as well as a series of protests that took place in cities around the world.

Reddit has also been a vocal supporter of free speech. In 2015, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian wrote an op-ed in The New York Times in which he argued that "free speech is essential to the future of the internet." Ohanian also founded the non-profit organization Free Speech For The Internet, which works to protect free speech online.

In 2019, Reddit banned the r/The_Donald subreddit, which was a major hub for supporters of former U.S. President Donald Trump. The ban was met with criticism from some users, who argued that it violated the principle of free speech. However, Reddit defended the ban, arguing that the subreddit had become a platform for hate speech and harassment.

Overall, Reddit has played a significant role in the fight for net neutrality and free speech. The platform has been used to organize protests, raise awareness, and pressure policymakers. Reddit has also been a vocal supporter of free speech, even when it has been controversial.

bhayya, don’t try to browse r/conservative if you’ve never been there. The people who post there are some of the most convoluted minds, all they do is just hate.

There are so many amazing sub reddits where you can learn and contribute anonymously(which is the usp) about any topic you think of.

i dont think so...

it never abandoned net neutrality policies or free speech policies..

it only banned r/The_Donald and few some other pedhopile subreddits because ...its breaching the core reddit principles...like hate speech and sexuality..etc

but i want to ask...how any one can differentiate what is free speech and hate speech...?

yeah, we know that.

His current profit =>

44B - 15B = (29B) loss

In the news...

Twitter hired Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC which both delivered written opinions to the Twitter Board on 4/25/22 that the merger was fair. Including stock options and transaction fees the deal value is estimated to be $46.5 billion. Twitter's value has plummeted more than two-thirds (66%) since Elon Musk acquired the company in October 2022, one of the social media company's only remaining external investors has admitted. Musk tweeted on Friday that Twitter was losing more than $4 million a day, largely because advertisers started fleeing once he took over. He has blamed civil rights activists pressuring advertisers, though many in the advertising industry say his tweets spreading conspiracy theories have contributed.
