Mgmt says it’s anonymous, but why do they keep sending emails for someone who didn’t fill out the survey?

they shouldn’t know who didn’t fill out.

mails andariki veltai not for only ones who didnt fill

yhing is if mgmt wants they can get who filled out that survey

i think we should use these surveys efficiently...

like last lo overall summary ani section vastadi oka pedda text box...

we have to use it for suggesting better health insruance..or better benefits..etc to HR ...

i do give proper feedback both positive and negative everytime

konni changes vachai but not effective

they get de-railed in next qtr

3rd party surveys are totally anonymous and no one within company knows , they will know what team did not complete or are positive negative, but not to an individual.

every persons survey link will have unique ID

I don't think they can trace back. Most organizations use 3rd party services for these survey's. It will be a huge audit issue for that company if these are traced back.

That company will have policies around it that they have to go through.

but in this org world when company asks their employees for feedback there is nothing called Privacy.

i have been filling out these aurveys evry qtr from last 10 yrs

Agree on the link but only 3rd party knows the unique link sent to the individual but never share the link or details with company.

If you have reason to believe these are compromised, you can make a compliant against 3rd party. Of course we would not do this and avoid it which makes sense.

I have been filling out surveys for long and have always been candid. I try to give constructive criticism instead of complaints.
