If h4 works only for 3 months in a year. 

Which one to select to maximize the tax returns? Please advise 

1. Married filing separetely

2. Married filing jointly

Go with married filing jointly so that h1b (you) can save your taxes little bit otherwise neeku ekkuva taxes single ga file chesthe

Run both iterations in turbotax for free

ade chebtundi which saves more tax

mee wife three months lo less than 12000 ( pre tax ) earn chesi unte , she dont have to pay anything
