One month back the land has 2 registration ..frock mros.. we tried to build fence and basement maku notice echaru from court as the property is theirs and we don’t have right to construct anything on that land so we need to challenge that order in 7 days .. okavela cheyakapothay land will be theirs .. case was dismissed by court malli memu ownership case file chesamu and 1 month lo case close ayindhi .. they didn’t show up to oppose the case ..
 
Tips for land safety in india :
  1.  Get linked documents and how the current owner bought the land 
  2. Get the expert advice who can go and look into the court documents whether it  has any litigation . He can find when the land is registered twice from same seller .. they are experts in finding the litigation .. they will charge atleast .5 to 1 percent for land value 
  3. If the land is in crores , give 30 to 50 thousand to seller and start the fence work or leveling the land it anyone has issue mostly in 2 to 3 days people will come and argue with you .. you will lose 30 to 50 k but you will have peace of mind q
  4. Register ayyaka dharani portal and land passbook and raithu bandhu vachey varaku ne land kadhu
  5. Dharani has good and bad .. dharani will show each and every land in telangana and who belongs to the land . Big politicians or fraudsters will look weak candidates or overseas families and kabza the land .. I don’t know why they are showing the person who belongs to that land 
 
 
Bottom line enti antay ne family ki  entha influence unna kabza chesey Todu chetshadu and sc st reservation theskostharu .. e debba ki all properties Hyd and town lo lands ki fence and basement vesi gate pettamu ..hope you guys spend some money on your property too .. all good for now

Strong will vundale…land manadi ani gattiga nilabadale lekapothey bhumi nilavadu…past titles sarigga levu so evado okadu turn up avutunde vuntadu if it’s not ancestral. 
 

I fought for almost 8-10 years for 3 acres land, that was ancestral and had to fight within the family to get my rights on that property. Cheppulu arigetattu tirigina…chalaka polam deniki panikiradu ani tittinaru…but that was my grandfather’s last wish to give that piece of land to me and fought over it. 
 

Right now, scene cut chesthe regional ring road junction vastundi, and this property is now facing regional ring road…this is my security now.

Baga very low ki stoop avuthunaru ma family thinking assuming it is inside family  hand  to do kabza as we are outside .. never know

how much land you buy some 10th fail sarpanch will come and tell me and minister are friends..

that country lo only invest in apartments and villas.never in land..unless you want to waste time in deep

Darani offers some level of protection and digital trace if things go awry. Polamu gattu panchaitalaku one needs to strong

Firstly darani will need ones finger prints and adhaar for transfering or registration.

secondly it will not be one person who make the transfer but multiple people need to approve in the workflow.

maa cousins maa peddananna polamu equitable portions lo divide chesukunnaru with out his approval with the help of MRO office, vallaki kuda passbooks and raitu bandu paddadi 1 time, maa pedda court ki vellindu, then digital trace helped them figure out the fraud and everyone involved got suspended at yadadri MRO office. Inka court lo unnadi matter, raitu is suspended until it is resolved in the court.
