Firstly darani will need ones finger prints and adhaar for transfering or registration.

secondly it will not be one person who make the transfer but multiple people need to approve in the workflow.

LBor lanjodkullll ekkuva mana dhaggara. I know one guy who makes a living through kabjasssss and extortion. He was pennyless before I came to vonerica. Now he is worth almost 15 crores. 10 years lo. He is my age. Early 30s

Coming years, Land kabzas will increase like anything esp NRI lands/plots. They know its tough for us to fight them from USA and cannot visit frequently. Our parents getting old and cant take care anymore. friends/family cannot be trusted. In fact they might be the ones who will get involved directly or indirectly.
