US lo HOA pay chestam

also water bill

There are many top class public parks everywhere... Outside of HOA.

You pay water bill and can even drink direct from sink ... I drink from my bathroom sink if I ran out of water in my bedroom and lazy to go to kitchen.

Gated communities - security

Parks inside community -

Generators - electricity

Purified water  -

Private schools ....

Multiple cars - transportation...

If you are in a suburban area with good public transportation in developed counties - you don't pay for above.

So, my point is with more and more rich communities solving problems with other means where is the pressure on govt to fix infrastructure and amenities?

thats how it is going to be in India...you pay very less/nominal property/local taxes..but you pay for everything else..ikkada US lo ayithey..local bodies ki chala authority vuntundi ...each small town go thru their budget planning, improvements works etc every year. India lo kuda municipalities , corporations lu budget plan chestaru..but with the taxes they collect..they can only do so much..

But there are still compromises, you don't get maids even with money. You don't have enough accessibility. Weather is super good in India.

US is changing but the free flow of life is still better in India

Most of these are in India as well and in India you pay low HOA/Property Tax.

Biggest difference is there is a lot of drama in India with neighbors, roads/office, daily activities, etc.
