That is the strategy to filter out the buyers with no proper pre-qualification and  down payment.

Another trick i have seen is the developer marks a property as no more available. But it is actually not sold but being marketed by third party.

Wait list untadi va.. but think how many people would actually qualified by the bank to get mortgage. 

I bet wait list lo prathi okadi pre-qual and form filling request ostadi..

This is where time pass home buyers will be filtered and these people will start spreading rumors around can create demand.

Until job market cools down, nothing will change. Interest rates will stay high for very long. Everyone refinanced when fed rates are zero, so inflation will not come down to 2% easily

Actually incentives are starting to go lower or none for new builds!! Moments rate ease off whenever they do.. prices lestai marii ekkuva lagaku uncle.

schools and summer kabatti low vuncle.. you will see big difference over coming months
