Sure, some people are highly gifted and multi-talented. Not everyone can succeed in everything that others are able to. With the money we make in IT, almost everyone of us can invest in gas stations, restaurants and hotels easily but how many are really into them? Nada. Zip.

I already spoke with attorney regarding this..they are heavy rules on how you get funds for EB5 visa

Explore this idea. Instead of a restaurant, setup a Bar where everything is automated. Serve Bar food (Wings, fries, poppers, samosa, etc). Its easy to make. Everyone who visits (Group/individuals) get a wrist watch and linked to the CreditCard they gave on Tab. Beer is self serve with glasses available under taps. Description of the beer, alcohol %, price is available on top. You scan the watch, start pouring the beer. It only charges for what you poured. Watch also keeps track of how much you are drinking (ABV) and how much time in between drinks and refuses drink if too drunk Or says you can avail next drink after xx minutes. So no legal implications if someone gets drunk. 

Hire a good looking server, receptionist (Female), and cook (bar food needs to be heated thats all).

Voila you have a kool business.

interesting will see..will only have to hire only americans for all these then...but not sure how much active involvement is needed...8 AM to 7-8 PM I am held up work back to back

Not much active involvement.  Work with 2-3 partners so that overseeing is divided. If it works well, open in other areas.  Not much scope for cheating as not much cash is involved. Don't have to worry about cook as he/she can be replaced easily. Bar food is just heat and serve.

Location is the key. People who come in should have a credit card.

occupany chustunna...40-50 deggara undela undi..so having second thoughts...recently hospitality came so down both hotels and airbnb vrbo etc

Check out Thirsty Bay Tap N pour in Dublin, CA. Upscale location and outside of BART station. Nice setup. I think they invested around 400-500K. 4 Investors. I do not remember how I know the amount. It might be more now coz of Inflation and real estate rents.

One of them is Indian. 1 is asian. Don't remember the other two. 

We have been thinking to open something like this. Its a good idea with easy maintenance. Need to workout numbers. Location is key to this kind of a setup.
