Yes agreed. India lo technology envision chesina very few leaders lo CBN okadu. But fact enti anteee AP was not ready for it. He had a vision. He deserves few brownie points for it. But execution lo flaws. He didn’t read the room properly.

Engineering colleges ki kuda CBN peddaga peekindi emi ledu, AICTE relaxed rules for engineering colleges in 1996 especially in urban and sub urban populated areas and limits ni remove chesinaru which automatically paved the way for mushrooming engineering colleges….Every MP constituency ki minimum 8-10 engineering colleges ki permissions teesukochinaru. 

Imfact Engineering seats is in the purview of Union HRD and state had no control then and even now. 

Karnataka and Tamil Nadu had more number of engineering seats than AP…

Its easyy noo. graduates and education has high imp in India and south specifically. Source of tech talent. Language isn’t a barrier for ind.
