As usual, greed and corruption. Tana gets millions, they hand out contracts to their own friends . 

Problem from other side also - not every ticket included food. Those who bought food tickets share their bands with those who didn't buy.

Take a box and go. These events are to spend the time at events , not to waste time waiting in lines for lunch and dinner
