I think all of these orgs start with good intentions… as they grow big, some idiots get into these orgs with bad motives - like making money, get political favor, business contracts, etc etc… when they start elections, it eventually gets very dirty as they form groups and fight and finally losing the purpose of the group… one group will always oppose what the other group says or does… samething is happening with Tana.. 

you are mixing up consultancy owner issues with these events and orgs… not all of these guys are IT employers.. many of them are doctors, business men, lawyers etc…
