I myself am a graduate of a jntu-affiliated school with little resources. What happened from ten years ago, when students of this caliber were typically dropouts? It is astonishing why they are allowing someone to pass at this level without forcing them to complete fundamental academic practice. 
If these Telugu tejams enter the IT job market in the future, IT companies may refuse to recruit any Indians since they put in so little effort to learn, adapt, and survive.

 

Basically, it's a lack of dedication and intent. They seek out shortcuts to pass a quiz or assignment, but they are horribly caught cheating in the process. It seems to be that they don't even try to be competent at copying; rather, what's problematic is how miserably they oversee plagiarism. 

I demand these students must and should take teofl and needs to be peer reviewed by professional agencies as prerequisite to catch the culprits and shut down as many centers as they can. 

The key here is "learn, adapt, and survive". That has been the key for Indian's  success in IT in USA. As long as these young people understand this, they will go a long way.

Adi manchi universities lo. Vellu pick chesevi anni below average curriculum unde univer. This is not new,  10 years nundi kooda unnay NPU, SVU, UCM etc but alaa cheat chesevallu takkuva unde.  Ippudu large scale scams and cheatings. Most of the current gen coming to US were/are not ready to hard work but only look for easy ways to cheat the system.
