Dilemma in purchasing a new home in Dallas.. Please advise vayyas

Ee Locations idea ledu kani experience tho cheptunna don’t make your decision based on proximity to restaurants or grocery stores etc. Avi two weeks ki okasari veltav and that too in evenings or weekends when traffic is not a factor. Long run lo additional 5 or 10 miles per trip doesn’t really matter.

Take a decision based on school districts if you have kids or proximity to your office etc

You are spot on.. taking decision based on school district and job is anyways remote. Actually Prosper ISD school dist is also too much expensive. So thinking of going with some decent school districk.

my perspective based on couple of frnds who moved to Dallas and rented out in Celina / Aubrey.

Both have frnds / relatives who got settled in Frisco / Plano areas. The reason these guys moved to Dallas is avoid harsh cold weather in Midwest / North East, family / frnds and lots of good desi food options.

Now, rental cheap ani Aubrey/Celina lo digaaru, but they couldn't find good options in food and since both parents working, they frequently buy curries so once in a while frisco side drive chesevallu + weekend ki pakka family / frnds kosam vellali. Oka 1 yr chusi, they decided not to extend the lease and eventually rented another house in frisco area and were OK to spend little more on rent. 

Again, this is purely personal decision. My frnds priorities are different...andariki ila undakapovachu...food may be secondary for some...so may be Celina / Aubrey sounds good for them

and recent ga back to office start chesaru anta and PLano lo office undi annaru or near by...so for them it worked out well...driving part kuda chaala time save avthundi anukunnaru. Ofcourse schools are obviously good in frisco side

Frisco is good and way too expensive for my budget, hence looking at other communities. But I agree its a personal choice and I have family in the nearby area.

Melissa ISD school districts are good if you are prefer school .
Celina ISD if you prefer little lower price with bigger homes 

Denton ISD has no idea a very less decent Indian community compared to other cities.

If u can afford, plan to live there for 5-10yrs, liked the home.. go for it.

you can never time the market.  Prices thaggithey incase, nachina illu market lo undakapovachu. 
just make sure ur in driving commute to office
