don't cheap OPT and students my friend bought 50 k benz car within 1 month of his first project. lost job and still mainting the car 

other friend bought house in second opt extension 5% down payment weekend parties and house is shared with 10 opts .

Lennar homes is giving loans @4.25% with 6K towards closing costs and free refrigerator as well.. 

Taylor Morrison is giving 3.5 for first year, 4.5 for 2nd year and 5.5 for the remaining 30 years.. 

there are many builders who are giving loans at around 4%
