I go to barbers who are from the middle east (especially Lebanon guys). they are ultimate. I pay $30 plus tips. No one can beat these guys. 

There are a couple that I know. Alpharetta barber shop and Milton barber shop. No wait time. I book an appointment with my preferred barber and go in and come out in 25-30 minutes. They give best haircut and they do it with scissors patiently. 

Unlike these lavada American haircuts (including great clips).. they are lazy assholes.. only want to do with clippers.. If you ask to use scissors.. They show faces... LAvada lodhi.. yedo Trade school lo haircut nerchukoni oka 3 months.. hair cutting business loki vastharu...

recently when i went on a trip, i stopped by in NJ. aa Oak tree road lo chala indian saloons unnayi, mana desi barbers chesataru for men. I asked him the price, just hair cut $20, with wash $25 anta..tips gatra emee avasaram ledu.. best anipinchindi.....

Shiva beauty salon ani Fremont lo untundi. All male/female desis cutting hair. Cheap and good. I don't know the current prices but are cheaper than american salon's.
