I agree baa, Ranga was not a Saint. But neither was Paritala Ravi. While Yellow media projected Ravi as Hero, the same Yellow media projected Ranga as Veedhi Rowdy.

Also NTR put his Community's interests at Highest Priority. Its his bad decision that split AP. You know what happened after Ranga's death? NTR was not even ALLOWED to come for Campaign for 1989 elections in many Coastal Districts. 

NTR had to call many Cop leaders and apologise for killing Ranga. He gave many ministries to Cops in last 6 months. NTR had to go to Vummareddy Venkateswarulu's house to request him to campaign for TDP, as the latter was not welcomed by the community due to his proximity to NTR.

On the other hand, the Congress which nearly died in 1983 was given complete lease of life by NTR.
