my dropbox date was 19th July

and 24th July my wife and kid status changed to ISSUED..and got the notification mail to collect the passport

and 25th July my status changed to ISSUED and didnt get any notification...

 

so is it ok to go for collection? or should i wait for my notification as well?

 

BTW..for some reason we are not able to login to our traveldocs site...

E madya stamping pole but based on first notification u are good to go and collect

Go and collect passports.

they have some limit after that they will return the passports to us consulate

Send an email to [email protected] mentioning your DS160 & passport numbers, they’ll respond you with a day.

nee passport pickup ku specific ga email and text message rakapothe your passport is still not available to collect at VAC collection Center(HiTech metro), because it’s Vac guys who scan after receiving at vac and ready to handover to the candidate. 
what is the status in USTravelDocs portal? Passport left the consulate for delivery ?

with just your passport number in the subject and email body, you’ll get status with in 5 mins.

just your passport# in subject and email body , no other letters or characters or words to put in.

Once you send email, after 5 mins, check your spam/junk folders as well bro.

and i got the message instatently as below.. what does that mean..?

"The current status of your passport is Delivered To Post."

That means your passport is still with consulate(post).

if you send email with your wife or kids passport number, you might get passport is ready to pickup.

In the email to ustraveldocs support, You can mention your wife and kids Passport numbers and tell them that you got email to collect their passport and not yours. They’ll respond with 24 hrs

yes..you are correct...i got "The current status of your passport is Ready For Pickup." for spouse and kid..
