Three Things to check before you buy a plot in Hyderabad.

using this link you can check which survey numbers in which village of a specific Mandal and district is prohibited or not. based on that you can decide you can buy or avoid it. 

Approved Layouts: https://masterplan.hmda.gov.in/planning/LO.aspx

 Using this above link you can check whether any specific layout is approved or not based on the LP number provided by the builder 

 

 

 

 

U have any idea how much per square yard we can spend in tumkunta or shamirpet HMDA plots...

If you need we have few clients who bought in that area, can connect to a broker who can help you find one.

Did you go there recently? Absolutely no development. Looks same as it was 15-20 yrs back. Of course its the reason why the plots are still cheap there. Only thing in its advantage is area is still clean and neat because of cantonment.

Put trusted brokers number bro … 20000 to 25000 per square yard right not more than 300 we should buy right ?
