these latkoor channels use thumbnails of successful other youtubers to divert their traffic to their own videos for chillar. it is a very common practice to piggy back on other people's success. it is nothing new.

you saw YouTubers at the TANA and NATA conventions desperately trying to get with celebrities to put their picture on their video thumbnails for views. that's is marketing 1-on-1 for ages. nothing new

Uma Telugu traveller is very poor and travelling is his only source of income. He is 8th class dropout and used to work in Kiran store in Tenali and later in a  movie theater ticket section in Chennai.

 

But he speaks Tamil, Hindi, English and ofcourse Telugu to make friends with new people and use hitchhiking to travel. 

But he got greedy over money and made a effort for fund raising despite having money.. I am guessing he used that money to purchase a flat in Hyderabad. 

 

This anveshana is overaction guy who uses controversies to make himself in limelight.. uma atkeats don't bother with others business in his vlogs..doesn't use prostitutes for thumbnail

people have used other people's faces/names in thumbnails and titles and viral news/content to grow their channel. Paddy  Galloway does it (there are literally thousands of channels covering MrBeast and other popular figures for views) -

it works in news media all the time (that's how they sustain and survive). these news channels just give a few seconds intro and play viral videos/news (with a tempting thumbnail and title). What is that they are showing us when the original content is not even theirs? most viewers think the news channel is creating these content and bringing it for free! Sometimes, Ellen just plays a viral video on her show and just watches it, posts on YT for views (even though she did not make the original video). she gets views because of the viral video and the original viral video gets views too. win win.

these are legally covered under "news journalism, investigative journalism, feature journalism, and opinion/analysis". Under Fair Use doctrine permits to use other peoples' work including quotes, for purposes such as commentary, reaction, parody, roasting, criticism, news reporting, and scholarly reports. These are legal loopholes.

but according to the latest youtube TOS they cant anymore from what I heard and will get copyright strikes it's always better for the content to be original
