Women IAS/IPS need to look dignified esp. as they are in public eyes. Cotton sarees bring a dignified look to people. Its a great achievement for them clearing civil services and nothing wrong in being prideful.

Maa office lo oka desi employee wears a blazer every day. He says hez proud to be an IT employee and hez showing respect to his job.
