kaadu difference between H1B visa vs GC n citizens;
bokka GC citizenship vuntey disability lantivi use chesukuntav; and you will have confidence that you will be employed no matter what; so job odilesi malla fully recover ayyaka job techchukuntav.

classic example of living in an echo chamber

nenu comment chesindi other developed nations lo unde policies gurinchi, it's not relevant to H1/GC/citizen

ikkada everything is money, most states don't have mandated rights to workers(high paid or low paid). People go back to work immediately because they'll lose their job if not and not everyone works a high paying job to afford being unemployed

look at CA, CO and MN and the policies they're implementing/trying to implement

nenu particular ga desi cases cheptunna,

US lo policies worst, minimum pay ne sakkaga ledu nuvvu maternity worker rights daka poinav.

I am just saying, If someone has GC/Citizenship they would think of taking care of health as priority instead of choosing money and visa status.

Recovery depends on whether they have a normal delivery or C section… and also fitness levels..

ikkada ladies chala mandi fit untaaru and they mostly have normal deliveries.. manolla fitness levels telsinde kadaa.. so mostly c section avutundi..

Ikakda obese people ekkuva still they end up having normal deliveries. Drugs, smoke tho body abuse chesinollaki kooda normal deliveries ayyay. India lo women kooda super fit em undaru but many have normal deliveries. End of the day entha fit unna pregnancy lo eppudu em aythado telvadu. Every pregnancy is different.

Not just that.. body structure (pelvis shape), genetics and hereditary issues also play a role.. if the baby position is not good or there are other complications, c section is needed…

Do you all know that % women who are dying after pregnancy increased  in last two decades ?

Maternal mortality is unacceptably high. About 287 000 women died during and following pregnancy and childbirth in 2020

Women go through enormous body and mental stress after delivery .it takes months to recover. Many women cannot recover immediately..any mild sickness will lead to serious health issues..

One of my friend who gave birth to a baby boy went back to work within a 6 week maternity leave ..and stress + fatigue weakend her immunity over coming months .. got regular flu..which lead to sepsis and passed away within 24 hours. Her kid is only four months old.

That’s sad, women should take off even though they don’t get paid so that they can take care of their health! Money is not everything in life. Lot of states offer short term disability

give priority to health ani antunna, not everyone is built strong.
given that lots of miscarriages happening now-a-days with IT crowd, its not worth risk both physically and mentally.
Inka nuvvu ela tesukunte ala annai.
