Ma office lo 3 years nunchi jargi..went live..

internal support is all AI bot, if not resolved then only will get escalated to human support.

customer support ki start chesamu.... but installation and subscription issues handle cheyalekapoindi

but knowledge articles and regular well known issues anni istundi...as of now..

migrated everything to India...
