also she entered khan's enclave in her 20s that cud be the primary reason why she looks so young along with her profession and probably got a huge alimony as well during divorce settlements

I used to work out in gym regularly before covid. Now, I mostly do walking/hiking 4-5 times a week which includes a steep hike once a week. 

If you've never workout out or took a long break use this to get your body used to weights first

do this for a month or two and you will be ready to lift heavy or your body will be in a shock if you go to heavy weights directly

Lifting weights is out of question for me. Neck and shoulder pain. But lifting weights is my sweet spot. Book marked the links in case I start again.

I am thinking more natural exercises something like below.

Do mobility training. Your joints will thank you for ever.

Agree baa. Don't need to do too much stuff. At least blood flow ki stretches chesina baaguntadi. I see some vuncles don't have time for this and family. Work batch ne yekkuva vundhi ee days la. Fafam anipisthundhi time vundadhu vunna will sleep aa time lo. Lathkor IT and we are in EMI trap forever

Before hiking and after hiking - Good amount of stretches that bend your back. 

Good hiking shoes. A hiking bag with hydration pack or carry water bottles. Full sleeves t-shirt, Googles, Cap, Smart watch, airpods (if alone), Binoculars

Some people use sunscreen (I don't). Also a walking stick if new to hiking but mostly you will see them at the bottom of a good hiking trail. 

Of these, stretching, Water and good hiking shoes are essential. Rest optional.
