Elections lo veella valla emi use undadhu… they cannot be used for election duties. 

I do agree 5K is not an acceptable salary…kaliga undadam kanna edho okati vastundhi ani chestunnaru… eventually they might  become permanent employees like Village secretariat ones.

Most of the volunteers are women, who stay at home or fair price dealer shop’s assistants, local YCP sympathiser batch, Sarpanch’s family, AP Online run chese vadi family members, local unemployed youth, etc. the pay what they get is not enough to support themselves but then again, this is additional pay to supplement not the sole pay. 
 

5K ki evadu pani chestadu anukuntaru kani reality endante these groups now support themselves….fair price shop odiki auto isthe vadu motham kirana saman petukuni tirugu ammukuntundu…If you approach volunteer for any service, they charge couple of hundreds..

Composition of volunteers and their background evadu care chestaleru kani that’s where the trick is…
