ok agreed if they create a seperate quota.. how will that be useful to eb india is my point...complete mess illegals are poring more and more ...they will tackle the border first imo

bro US needs low skilled wage workers a lot for the economy and top notch scientists, they can create the seperate quota for say if it is limited and that is very easy since everyone will agree what is best for country .. but nothing like big bang like comprehensive immi reform... imo
