EB-1 India will significantly retrogress (go backwards) to 2012 effective Augustl 1st.

This is because we are nearing the end of the government’s fiscal year, and they have pretty much run out of EB-1 numbers.

By pushing this date so far backwards, they are hoping that they will stop getting EB-1s filed until the new visas become available on October 1st.

October 1st is when the new government year begins and 40,000 EB-1 visas become available (limited to 2,800 per country).

DOS/USCIS notes in the visa bulletin for August that they anticipate EB-1 India returning to more normal levels in October.

 

In the meantime, in order to concurrently file your EB-1 and I-485 we need to file it before the end of July.

Well 40 lo vachina cheyyaniki yem ledu. Max 35 okay but 40 ante appatike life shed stage ki vasthadi healthy lifestyle lekunte. Appudu adhi just oka card la chustharu.
