UFO sightings are not exclusive to USA... may be due to comm. infra lack/backwardness in those times or Govt. taking measures to not make it public for everyone everywhere...

Australia: Over a school in 70's, encountered kids from that school spoke about it recently.

South America: also some incidents.

 

Watch UFO Project in Netflix, not sure how true it is, but, recently NASA has started investigating such encounters reported and concluded that 95% of such incidents that they got are explainable but rest is still unexplainable.

They (NASA Team) want to install special equipment to study such encounters, but people are not ready to put those equipment in their private properties (May be privacy/radiation concerns)...

Hope this thing gets resolved soon or atleast during our lifetime  .
