marketing on h1b

recently i spent 12 and half weeks on bench before securing a 6 month contract. But i am conitnuing in market taking calls just for safe side, to stay relevant with what being asked in the market.

 

Long story short, I have 2 friends looking for job as their project is ending this quarter. THeir firms dindt make enough money to keep contractors for july . None of the calls including desi vendors are interested in c2c. All clients making it clear to have w2.

 

65$ is best they can do on w2. The problem is with these low billing rates they cannot even transfer h1b candidates. Not sure how other h1b bench candidates are surviving. If you have friends who are on h1b and know any c2c positions from vendors for below clients let me know please.

Naa ex colleague ki same happened. Covid time la save chesindhi motham 6 months no job lo Assam poyayi. Vaadi EMI la ke 5K varaki avthai oka kompa konnadu 2nd job ragane dhaniki motham brisket.
