Yes, why are they so many rituals after death in hindu way of life? Whole concept of karma is about what u carry for lifetimes. between many deaths and rebirths. Every enlightened being talked about his/her past births Gautama buddha also .

Science can talk about physical things. In science There should be a way to measure observe etc so science has its limitations. taking science as ultimate is not right

“నేను” అంటే ఎవరు…? నా దేహమా ? లేక నేను అని ఆలోచించే నా ఆలోచనా/స్ప్రుహ/conscious..?

this is called mind and body problem..?  if you ask yourself who am i? answer is that your body? or your consciousness..?

 

second point

మనం తల్లి గర్బం లో 9 మాసాలు ఉంటాం.. గాలి పీల్చుకోవడం తెలియదు…నోటితో ఆహారం తీసుకవాలనే విషయం తెలియదు…ఏడుపు నవ్వు లాంటి emotions తెలియవు…కానీ తల్లి గర్బం లోంచి రాగానే..ఇవన్నీ చేస్తాం…అది ఎలా..? ఈ priori knowledge ఎక్కడ నుండి వచ్చింది..?

 

third point…

మనం ఉండేది భూమి పైన …మనం ఎక్కడ ఉన్నా మన ఎత్తు మన వెడల్పు మన వైశాల్యం తో three dimensional space ని ఆక్రమించి ఉంటాం…ఇవి మన భౌతిక దేహ కొలతలు భూమి మీద (gemetric position on earth) …దీనికి time అనే ఇంకో dimension అదనంగా కలిసి…భూమి మీద నీ position వి ఖచ్చితంగా చెప్తుంది…ఫలానా సమయంలో నువ్వు భూమి పైన ఎక్కడ ఏ ప్రదేశాన్ని (3 dimensions) ని ఆక్రమించి ఉన్నావు అని…

మనం భూమి మీద ఈ 3 dimensions and 4th dimension time లో ఉన్నంత వరకు…we have to obey the physics…there is no magics in this physical world…thats for sure..even dead body cant escape the time dimension..

కాని …మనం చనిపోతే…మన soul ఉంటుందని మనం నమ్ముతున్నాం అంటే …there is something beyond time…if ther is soul that is going beyond time…

 

now as per the first point (above)…what is soul..? is that your body or you consciousness? or is it not your soul..anymore ?

as per the second point…and reincarnation theory ..? how reincarnated soul remembers few things only like how to breathe and how to take food and few emotions..? not everything..?

lets compare us with an advanced computer with ai

body = hardware (cpu,ram,hd peripherals etc)

dna = bios (passed from parents)

our memories and skills = operating system with certain apps 

I think our body is capable of doing so many things with practice. (divya drusti, parakaya pravesam etc) 

death is you can't see/hear/feel/sense anything - void 

I think we may get some answers when brain transplant happens
