Ledu mama. Read again.

I have heard from a lot of fellow citizens that they want to vote for rep for their selfish needs (point2).

Point 3 is - Some desis want to vote for reps for their incompetence's. A lot of ppl think reps are against immigration but they are not. Kamp mama does a lot of self-advertisement about these policies.

I was pont 1 but leaning towards point 3. However if kamp mama is the rep candidate for next elections, i wont vote for him coz of his hate politics.

I am not an expert on ameri politics .. but based on my limited knowledge and interactions with other desi citizens.. here's my view.

1. Initial years towards Dems - Desis tend to lean towards Dem when they initially become citizens as they tend to think that Dem have a favorable policy towards immigration, social equality and equal opportunity.

2. People with grown up kids lean towards Reps - Once their kids start going to high school they tend to become very selfish. They forget their roots and how they came into the country and think their kids need more opportunities for jobs and can only be fulfilled if further immigration is restricted.

3. Reps but not Kump mama - Others have realized over years that reps are not against immigration. In fact  immigration policies have been more stringent with dems administration than reps. More people have been deported in dem's rule. Kump mama wants to be in news and self-dabba kottu kuntadu. sodekkuva matter takkuva.

Part i dont like about dems rule - gives too many freebies to people making them lazy (like indian/andhra politics). Rup's rule has been historically good for economy.

4. My view - I have been a 1) so far but lately, leaning towards 3 but will never vote for kamp mama for his hate politics. I would never forget my roots and will not vote for anyone against immigr for desis.

Not sure if I gave clarity.  I think I am all over the place. :D

- Highlighted for you. Also, in point 2, immigration was never restricted by Trump. He applied the law stringently. He opposed "illegal" immigration. Indians do not do it for their kids. They do it because they get frustrated after seeing their hard work and sacrifices get dissed.

- You are attributing a minority population to the majority.

- Hate politics? How come? Did Trump make unfounded hate statements against a religion or nationality? I am not trying to argue about the choice you made but just making a contention. What do you call the environment that dems created by calling out Whites, retrogressing the priority dates, allowing illegal immigration, calling people toxic who oppose lgbtq, destroying their careers, feminism, meddling with another country's internal affairs, etc? Not hate politics?

Thanks for reading it again.

My point for #2 was that there are people who vote for reps for selfish reasons. That's one category. I have seen some Indians do it for their kids.

#3 There are ppl who vote for reps coz they understand dems and reps policies better. I stated clearly that dems and reps policies towards immi have been similar but kamp mama only publicized more.

Hate politics about trump. I rest my case. As I mentioned, going forward, I may vote for any rep but not trump.

I want to make it clear - I am not saying that every desi who votes for reps is doing it for their kids or selfish reason. Thats only 1 category of ppl.

Sure mama. After all your opinion. Maarchalani choodatledu annanu kada.

About bold. No way. Dems talk about supporting illegal immigrants and burdening the system. Dems talk about affirmative actions. Dems spew hatred on men and Whites/Asians. Republicans are not that way. They are more capitalists. We came here to become capitalists.

Your choice. Think whether your hate for one person is making you support a more evil group and values. You choice again. Need not change and need not convince me.

Like I mentioned I am all in for reps. I have mentioned in my original post as well.

I have personally seen how much damage Kamp did. CA lo racism Peddaga undadu. Kani veedu vachaka ekkadoo lopala unna danni bayataki teesadu. May be I am being selfish, but that’s OK.

I totally get your point of view.
