There is lack of people for working jobs. My relative runs 3-4 beauty parlours (both men and women) and all his staff are from UP. Most hotel staff (cooks and waiters) these days are from north-east. Place where we live in india which had 0 north indians, is now filled with apartments and full of northies. 

Anyways nothing wrong. Our people are not doing these jobs and people are needed to do them. Our people who do not have work venture into real estate.
