Gas station is profitable but does not work for our setup. Basically you need 2-3 people to take care of Gas station. In the end valla salaries migultayi. If you leave your job and just manage Gas station which is not the case, it will work.

Liquor store .. depends on the place. Koddigaa nuisance .. esp night times ... Money baguntundi .... carefully go through the books of any store and give 30% discount on them. They cook up the books of course.

Depends on exit strategy.

if ur planning to sell the store in 2-3 years: buy gas station. With proper maintenance, u can easily increase non gas revenue for 50-100% in 2 years. For example:  u can cash pay checks. Neeku 2-3% commission. Risky too. Inka utility bills kooda pay cheesey setup pettochu. More snacks. 2-3 years lo easy gaa 50% profit ki ammeyochu.

liquor store: progress will be slow but good margins on profits. Etochi store ki daggarlo bevmo lanti store padithey pedha bokka

Liquor in Walmart or total wine or costco is much cheaper than gas stations and save more than 5%.
