How safe to use and also want to understand the mechanism of how this works. like from my phone to app server how the data reaches and how long if the app is still working, the dev has the same access to your data because the app is still accessing his server to store your data. If the app stops working, he won't have access to your app data stored on iCloud if the app data is stored on his server (instead of iCloud), we would not know how the dev deals with the data when the app is deleted.
