OP, all you’re doing is contradicting/criticizing opinions but not sharing what you’re planning to do. Let us know your plans and we’ll let you know if it works to be in the 1% you’re aspiring to be. 
 

Also, scale of development for any country should be looked at the bottom level, it’s not development if a couple areas in a city are shiny and only few people can afford it. Travel to villages here and you’ll see what India is lacking. You can never Compare India with US, if not most of us won’t be moving and living here.
