There are instances where people who did murder when to less jail time than people who have by mistake killed someone in road accidents.

US law is not 100% agree but for a common man usually justice is done. India is worse. Money rules.

A few years back I hit a cops car side ways. He took a turn without looking at incoming traffic. IT was determined he was at fault. This will never happen in india.

You name any resource you have comparable level to it in India ranging from schools, restaurants , malls

there are 100s of thousands of Indians who came on student visa, quickly made those faltu, hypocritical statements, "I want to go back to India" and they are still here - after finishing studies,  getting OPT, H1B, GC, Citizenship, getting married, making kids, buying homes...
