India lo private banks offer good customer service bro

also, same with hotels etc you get more premium service for the money you pay in India

govt. related works or state owned banks usually slow process, that I agree, Had personal experience with student loan, went to several different state owned banks to get a loan and the process was very very difficult and a long one..spent tons of time and even had to drag my father who spent a significant time

Ikkada kooda we have to go to offices and book appointments for licenses etc if you are on visa but agree that the overall process is smoother and faster

if you are super rich (>20+ crores) in india, just go back. you will never get green card unless you marry someone local. if you are doing ms in ivy league or can get job in  faang level company go back.

If you r rich, doesn't matter which country you live in! For rich people, third world countries are a paradise because they know they can bypass the laws & live the way they want which would not be possible in a first world country.

if you're not rich but doing okay financially with assets with regular Income in India, it's safe to keep an option open abroad in a first world country because India might be good for you but not good enough for your kids with respect to opportunities especially if you belong to OC communities.

If you're surviving solely on your salary abroad & don't have assets worth more than 3 crores, move to the US without any hesitation. Because India has nothing to offer you nor your kids.

If you don't have any property in India but have a regular job in the US or a first world country, consider yourself very lucky for having an opportunity to make money in the first place. Don't even debate if India or US is good for you or not. If not for US or any other first world country, your life would be miserable.
