Absolutely right. I was not able to submit my application last night because of this reason. Today evening I figured out workaround but the moment I pressed submitted it said open work permit program no more available. Really disappointed

Why will h1 withdraw anna ?? Once you have 140 approved and worked 6 months you can transfer to any h1 just you might have to go stamping

I heard you cant stay out of country for more than a year on h1.

Two scenarios if your 140 is approved and completed 6 months you can transfer to any company and come back you might need stamping as it goes though consular process

One more scenario if it's fresh h1b and it has 3 years left you need not go to cap lottery but you can transfer to any accompany and get stamped and comeback

If you maxed out and no 140 then you wait one year to refresh and you have to be on quota

All the above is AFAIK can be validated

I dont find a single reason to move to canda when you already have a H1, even if you lost job….finding another job is easy in US than getting a new one in Canada.

Salary is less in Canada, Houses are expensive, even the goods are expensive.

Unless you have a major health issue which insurance doesnt cover in US and as medication is free in canada….

Give me some solid reason why ppl are flocking…manaollu free fa fenoyl icchina line kadtharu.

Knowing that you have other options is a privilege. Even if someone isn’t moving to Canada, it eases a lot of stress. When the job market is good, US is the best. When it isn’t it can be really stressful.

indukey I feel like the only people I can get along with are the homeless people. everyone else seems to have unreasonable expectations from life.

like its not hard to eat 2000cal with 100g protein and a complete nutrition per day on an $75/mo budget (you can shoplift meat and milk which will anyway be thrown out at the end of the day, thereby minimizing wastage).

there's subsidized housing that lets you pay about $250/mo. and for healthcare sucks wherever you are. Just take care yourself, exercise often, bike to work and hope some asshole driving a car doesnt run you over.

I don't undersand highly paid IT people who complain about salaries when they are already paid twice the national average at worst. You can live fabulously at less than $10k/yr.
