Yeah.. TikTok, Facebook/Instagram reels, YouTube shorts - they are all catering and enabling the reduction of focus levels of everyone.. 

my dad is so addicted to the Facebook reels and YouTube shorts that he almost stopped watching the tv for news and movies..

Sit in a quiet place where you can’t be distracted. Close your eyes and take deep breaths. Set some home base, like focusing on your inhaling, exhaling or sounds around you. You might have distractions like thoughts. But try to come back to your home base.

I use calm app for guided meditations. It’s a new session each day and keeps me interested. It helps me with my anxiety.
