So Uttar Pradesh is doing better than Telangana...?

In the future the roles will be reversed. Some southern states r bound to become Bihars & Bengals! Some North states might actually see some progress in development.

It's the people. It's always the people. Jagan would be development oriented if people want it. But people want welfare schemes. There is an established opinion that to get jobs one needs to go to Hyderabad. And old people reside in the towns & villages. Just because the state is divided, all these people will not become urbanized & demand development. They don't get it. They will never get it. Don't blame Jagan or CBN. Blame the people.

So it's up to the people if they're going to make AP the next Bihar or Bengal!
