it is a Typical Indian mindset where we blame everything on a person. We always look for a person or object to blame.

Most of the funding is coming from European conversions mafia. If you look into the news papers (North Eastern), whenever crowd control technique is being used by the Army the conversion mafia is coming forward especially at international level asking questions and blaming the central govt. I can not deny the hand of Congress in this issue. the issue was put in motion after RaGa's visit to Europe.

That the trouble with local police in such situations. Locally recruited police from near by communities and in times of such violence especially fueled by the tribal warlords, police will usually support their communities. 
 

Like it happened in Kashmir where local police never supported central services and agencies.

not really…BJP in power makes things no different.
