Ri is much more master planned lakes parks grounds future downtown vibe but commute in peak will ad easily 30mins one way

here is no train anna it's only ACE from lathrop to pleasanton it goes all the way till great america

I visited MH and Tracy Hills. Did not like both. Community feel raledu. Also high winds. Asalee sinus rogam. Brentwood better anipinchindi.

Yet to visit manteca and RI. Kani maree dooram. Market ee matram shake ayina ... ivee first dhamal dhamal .... 

Clayton has great houses but american living. 2acre land + house for 700-800k. Great views, location. Enduku not preferred? Schools also decent...Zillow lo chusa ... very good houses. Desis ekkuva undakapovachu
