I bought one long back... When they were new... Go by reviews ( not Amazon) .. they go inside their ** and small part protrudes out.. and held by panty... Very low profile , they can wear under all dresses... Except very tight jeans probably. 

Some are even internet connected for long distance fun, but regular ones have a short range remote.

Searched and surprised by selection at Walmart online. Very cheap and I trust their reviews more than Amazon.

Remote work has spoiled every one. Made people lazy and addicted to screens. We stopped appreciating life.

Office lo human interactions, office crush ni chusi excite avvadam, adi intikellaka workout avuddi atleast once or twice a week for both men and women.

Naa friend okadu, YMCA membership teskunnadu. I ask about his workout routine, etc. He just smiles and does not answer. Oka rooju kakkadu .. he has twins .. YMCA lo membership fees is less and child care is free. You can keep your kids there for 4 hrs it seems. Kids ni akkada petti wife and husband jump. They do this 3-4 times a week. Not sure what they did with free time. YMCA changed policy later. Tarvata inko gym join ayyadu where there is a charge of $2 per hour. Max 2 hours you can keep kids there.

Of course its never a good idea to go out of marriage for sex. 

Whats hard to digest is, how one person in marriage decides no sex and the other has to accept it, not complain about it and stay monogamous. It is indeed an unworkable situation.
